These Guidelines Will Help Us Treat For Drywood Termites Efficiently And Effectively

  • Remain calm – the situation will be handled promptly.

  • Termites do NOT bite humans, so there is no risk of being bitten.

  • Do NOT remove termite pellets – this is very important. Leaving the pellets in place helps us accurately locate the source of the infestation.

  • You may also find termite wings near light sources such as windows, TVs, computer monitors, lamps, etc. Termites fly from the infested wood toward light sources and shed their wings there.

  • There is no charge to you for drywood termite treatments. This is covered by the HOA.
  • Important: Finding wings on a window sill does NOT mean termites are in the window sill. It only indicates that they flew there and shed their wings.

  • Please leave any drywood termite pellets and wings where they are. Their presence helps us identify the infestation’s source. If no pellets are observed, locating the problem may be more challenging, but not impossible.

  • If you cannot be present during the service, you must provide written permission for us to enter your unit. This authorization can be found on your termite work order. Without your permission, we will not enter your unit.
